Privacy policy

This policy explains how personal data sent through this website is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data we collect

The only personal data collected by this website is what you enter in the contact form:

  • name
  • company (optional)
  • email address
  • subject and message

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used only to answer your message and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients and processors

  • Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States) receives the form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Its servers are hosted by Amazon Web Services in the United States; the transfer of your data outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, on which Formspree relies as a data processor.
  • OVH SAS (France) hosts the website. Its servers record technical access logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security purposes.

Your data is not sold or shared with any other third party.

Retention

Messages are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. If a message leads to a contract, it is kept for the period required by law.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability. Send your request to contact@odhytech.com.

If you consider that your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and local storage

This website sets no cookies. It stores your light/dark display preference in your browser's local storage; this information never leaves your device.
